I recently had a meeting with the newly invigorated Washington Productivity Board. The Board was established several decades ago under the Washington Secretary of State's office to incentivize state employees to find and pitch efficiencies. See below for additional information and programs.

Jesse Jones from Your Washington will be featured at the Productivity Board’s inaugural Coffee Klatch on Thursday, February 12th at 10:00 a.m. We will have a conversation with Jesse about the state’s customer experience transformation efforts and there will be time for questions from the audience.
The Coffee Klatch is a monthly virtual coffee break featuring guest hosts who share practical ideas, personal insights, and real-world approaches to working smarter, improving processes, and building habits that support efficiency and morale. It’s a space to learn, connect, and be inspired to make small changes that can lead to great impact.
