Hello WAFWP Members!

We are happy to share the results from our 2024 Member Survey. We appreciate all those who took the time to take the survey and provide valuable feedback. The feedback we received associated with upcoming bargaining is already being incorporated into the 2025-27 contract negotiations. Our attorney is also going through all of your suggestions and identifying ways the Board can address those. 

We will be covering the Member Survey Results in our upcoming virtual member meeting on April 4, 2024, from 7:00-8:00pm. Please join us. Information can be found under the Upcoming Events tab.

We will be sending a 'public version' to the Director's Office and the Commission as well. For the public view, information on bargaining and WAFWP specific feedback has been redacted. Our intent is to provide feedback, accountability, and influence aspects of the agency that affect each of us.
