Hello members, I recently had a meeting with the newly invigorated Washington Productivity Board. The Board was established several decades ago under the Washington Secretary of State's office to incentivize state employees to find and pitch efficiencies. The Board was reinvigorated in 2024. See below for additional information and programs.

Hello members! If you haven't already, please provide feedback to the 2026 WAFWP Member Survey. We re-opened the survey to gather additional feedback from members.

Hello members! We just wanted to keep you in the loop on the coming salary threshold change associated with overtime. For 2026, only a few members will be impacted (they have been contacted), but a larger jump for 2027 is projected. This could include any members that make less than approximately $91,000 annually.
