Thank you to all those members who provided valuable and impactful feedback in the member survey. We have re-opened the survey in order for additional feedback in all respects, EXCEPT CBA changes, as that deadline has passed. The survey is now open until the last Sunday of March. Please share far and wide so we have a good sense of how members feel about various topics.

Hello members!

It is that time again when we ask WAFWP members to take some time for our bi-annual survey. We strive to keep the survey as short as possible, but still relevant, including feedback for upcoming Collective Bargaining negotiations (summer 2026 for the 2027-2029 CBA), agency feedback, safety feedback (larger focus in this survey), and WAFWP Executive Board feedback. Information collected is confidential and only shared as an aggregate summary which we will post after the survey closes.
