Dear /userfirstname/ /userlastname/,
WAFWP recently settled the Demand to Bargain (DTB) on the agency's check-in/check-out policy/requirement. The settlement includes back pay for member supervisors/points of contact who performed this task outside your normal business hours. This includes any member that HAS NOT claimed standby pay on TotalTime since July 16, 2024. The agency will be paying members that performed this work $100/month until the pilot project where check-in/out will be taken over by a 24/7 call center (approximately $400 in back pay and monthly $100/month until the pilot project begins).
Please fill out this survey below to be added to the list for compensation if you performed this work outside your normal scheduled days/time and have not been paid standby. If you are having problems, please reach out to Candace via email or cell (509.499.4523).
PLEASE COMPLETE by Friday, November 8th at NOON!
